Why do we start with spice and end with sweet ?

As we know that India is very popular for its street food,spices and sweets so as Indian people so there are some sweets which includes spices in it.
if you think spices only work for savory dishes think again. spices are used in dessert all around the world. in Mexico chocolate dessert often use chili which gives it a lovely depth. in India fennel seeds are added in malpua a type of deep fried pan cake.
well for some people dessert means a scoop of Gelato stacked up in crispy cone or hot waffle and for some it is a cheese cake but for Indians dessert is an emotion. like we can always have dessert and each an every state and their region have their own traditional sweet as in India there are lot of culture and we have seen a lot of dessert which is so interesting and if someone is a traveler or foodie to than its an golden opportunity for him to taste the dessert all around India.
well India is know for its spices and tradition but in cooking there are two main spices which dominate the sugary realm of sweets and desserts and also adds and extra dimension of flavors. as this spices are mostly used in meat, rice and curry preparation as this spices come in the most top 3 most expensive spice in the world. lets introduce to you the spices both of which pack a powerful
punch when standing alone , but once mixed with the sweet touch of the almighty sugar are tamed like a lioness in a cage. which is none other saffron and cardamom.
while looking at this images some of my favorite desserts came in my mind and this two spices are mostly used in the preparation of those dessert. as they enhance the flavorful it. i will share the images as you guys will come to know which dessert i was talking about.
