so today on the readers demand i am going to share some of the spiciest recipes which i like to have i will share some  images and my favorite 2 recipes which i will be sharing with you guys. 

 

As we know that Indian cuisine consists of variety of regional and traditional cuisine native to the Indian subcontinent. Indian cuisine use substantially use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. As the trade of Indian spices has improved the international relation between India and Europe. 

 

countries like Australia, Canada, China, Middle east, Nepal, Southeast Asia, united kingdom, Ireland, and united states have also started including and accepting Indian food and some of them had also totally changes their diet as Indian food is way more tasty and mouthwatering that no one can stop themselves by having it.

so this were some  of the most spiciest and tasty dishes which i tried and they were flaming hot and tasty . so now i will present my favorite dishes which my whole family and even my friends also like it. its none other than saoji mutton and kholhapuri chicken this 2 dishes has a special place in my heart because the preparation process and the spiciness of the dish gives a different kick to the palate i will share some history about it and the recipe too.

saoji mutton

  There is huge difference between saoji and maharashtrian cooking is where in saoji cuisine the spices are boiled where in maharashtrian cuisine the spices are dry roasted and then grounded. This process is done to get rid of from the harmful acids of the spices  thus saoji cuisine cuisine is bold in spices it will always keep you away from the acidity because of the boiling process of the spices.

kholhapuri  chicken 

  kolhapuri chicken is a spicy and tangy chicken side. as i make it quite often at home when i miss the kolhapuri food. kolhapuri chicken is certainly one of the most spiciest and famous dish of Maharashtra state  the chicken curry is characterized by the red hot color and above all the spicy taste and  texture. 

The kolhapuri cuisine itself is rich and some several item are also named by the city itself.  kolhapuri chili, kolhapuri  masala, kolhapuri gur { jaggery } and even kolhapuri Vail.
